About

Mark is originally from Stalybridge near Manchester but now lives in Worthing with his wife, Jane. He studied Law and Politics at Birmingham University before going to Rome to study Philosophy and Theology. On his return he undertook postgraduate work at Manchester University on ‘Creation Theology in the work of Jürgen Moltmann’ before qualifying and working as a Solicitor in Stalybridge, Rochdale and Bognor Regis. In 1996 he joined CAFOD as Regional Manager for Portsmouth and Arundel & Brighton subsequently becoming Diocesan Manager in the latter diocese. From March 2006-May 2008 he was Livesimply Project Coordinator for the Livesimply Network. In May 2008 he was appointed part-time Diocesan Communications Officer for the Diocese of Arundel & Brighton. He is also currently completing a MA in Catholic Theology at Maryvale Institute in Birmingham, UK. He is also a Deacon in the Diocese of Arundel & Brighton.
