About

Software engineer and researcher with focus on big data and cloud computing. My research interests include intelligent systems, knowledge and data management, web service technologies and software engineering. Throughout my studies I have taught undergraduate courses in computing fundamentals and C++ programming for which I received the Paul F. Huebner Memorial Award for Teaching. As part of my research in intelligent systems with a focus on trusted cargo monitoring I was recognized with the Richard K. & Wilma S. Moore Thesis Award for Best Thesis. In addition, I have worked on several projects that span across a wide range of computer science topics such as machine learning, data mining, information retrieval and algorithms.
