I am an innovative professional scientist with a comprehensive education and more than seven years of progressive expertise in scientific research. I have expertise in multidisciplinary areas of food science, with chemistry, microbiology and statistical designs applied extensively in the area of dairy microbiology. Currently I am in the design and analysis of transcriptome and metabolic flux analysis experiments for Lactobacillus casei ATCC 334. My technical experience is in the use of qualitative and preparative chromatographic separations (HPLC, TLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS), spectroscopic methods (UV-Vis, FT-IR, NMR), Biomolecules characterization (Size exclusion, Ion-exchange chromatography, 2D-Gel electrophoresis), Immunoassay and molecular biology (genomic analysis, PCR). I have been trianed in tissue culture and in vitro cell assays. Skills in pilot scale unit operation equipments like evaporators, spray driers, mixers and membrane filters.
