About

During the years of the School of Medicine, Matteo Zoli, M.D., has developed a particular interest in neuroscience with peculiar regard toward neuroanatomy and neurosurgery, strengthen by multiple courses and clinical rounds in United States and Europe, at New York University, Jefferson University and Cardiff University. After his graduation cum laude in Medicine in 2008 at University of Bologna, he has focused his academic interest in the development and implementation of skull base anatomy and surgery, having his surgical training in the Center of pituitary and endoscopic skull base surgery in the Neurosurgical department of the IRCCS Istituto delle Neuroscienze di Bologna. In 2013 he performed a research fellowship in Minimal Invasive and endoscopic skull base surgery at The Ohio University. In 2015 he completed his training in Neurosurgery. He is still performing advanced researches in these fields, giving his contribution to the ISBN and to the Istitute of Anatomy of Bologna University. He authored several publications on this topic and attended to many national and international congresses
