Matthias studied International Information Management at the University of Hildesheim and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. After working as research assistant at the Institute of Information Science & Language Technology at the Univ of Hildesheim and receiving his PhD in the field of information behavior and social software, he worked at Accenture Strategy Consulting in the field of Talent & Organization Performance.
