About

My current research and teaching is concerned with the relations between organizational learning, management control and performance management, in particular in governmental and non-profit organizations. Much of this research falls within the domain of the multidisciplinary research group Governance and Innovation in Social Services (GAINS) at Nijmegen (http://www.ru.nl/nsm/imr/our-research/themes/social-innovation/). Further, I am interested in the relations between governance, performance and behavior in organizations, increasingly from a Critical perspective.
