With a background in both Biology and Computer Science, I work as a bridge between the two field experienced on various models: Algae, Mouse, but essentially Human. I manipulated multiple types of data: SNP-chip, Whole Exome Sequencing, single cell. And participated at different steps of the studies: data management, conception of specific algorithms and scripts, development of dedicated software and web interfaces, bio-analysis itself. More recently I focus on data integration and visualization. I care about developing easy-to-use programs that include computation but also user interface.
