Graduated under the direction of Maxime Descoteaux, Martin Lepage and Roger Lecomte, my master project consisted of developing a fully-automatic registration algorithm and tool which goal was to align multimodal medical images (PET, MRI, CT, ...). Aside from my master researches, I also lecture undergrad students in a video processing and augmented reality classes at Université de Sherbrooke, in computer sciences. I have a particular interest in image processing techniques (clustering, super-resolution, ...) applied to the medical field.
