Systems Programming: Understanding memory management, pointers, the machine stack, and input/output mechanisms in the C and C++ programming languages.
Operating Systems: Understanding Process Management as well as interprocess communication and coordination amongst parallelism, mutual exclusion, and synchronization. Understanding memory management and virtual memory. Capable of coding process manipulation in the UNIX/Linux OS.
Assembly: Understanding a microprogram for simple architecture and being able to write microcode to implement a machine instruction. Able to write, test, debug, and document programs in a machine language and in al address visible to loan assembly language. Able to use low-level I/O to program a simple I/O device.
Software Engineering: Topics include requirements analysis and specification, analysis and design, architecture, implementation, testing and quality, configuration management, and project management. Completed a project that employs techniques from the topics studied.
Mathematics: Calculus I – IV,Discrete Mathematics,Applied Statistics Sciences: Molecularity, General Physics Mechanics, and Electromagnativity
