About

Mikko Lehtonen works as project manager in the Innovation Research in Services group. He graduated from Helsinki University of Technology in 2000 majoring project-oriented business and from Helsinki School of Economics majoring Financial Economics. Before joining the academia he worked in the pharmaceutical industry developing R&D project management. Mikko Lehtonen's research interests are service Innovation in the public sector, critical perspectives on project and programme management, organisational changes, organisational control and power in organisations. He is currently working on his doctoral dissertation on organisational control in organisational development programmes.
