Dr. Mohd Adib Ibrahim is a Research Fellow at the Solar Energy Research Institute (SERI), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) since 2007. In particular, he is interested in developing nanostructured layer in forms of nanowire, nanotube, nanorod or by wet-chemical passivation technique; investigating surface recombination velocity of passivating layers; exploring organic materials, graphene additive and metal oxide for novel structure photovoltaics device; examining physical and electrical properties of advance materials for photovoltaic application and fabricating of silicon solar cells as well as thin film technology.
