About

Mohd Herwan Sulaiman obtained his B. Eng. (Hons) in Electrical-Electronics and M. Eng. (Electrical-Power) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2002 and 2007 respectively. From June 2002 to June 2005, he held a position as design engineer at RND department of Panasonic AVC Networks Johor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. He is currently a lecturer at School of Electrical System Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Perlis, Malaysia and PhD student in UTM. His research interests are power system deregulation/ optimization and application of AI to power system studies. He is also a graduate member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), member of IAENG and IACSIT.
