I am currently pursuing his PhD from Centre for Sustainable Technologies (Formerly ASTRA), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
He received his Diploma in Civil Engineering in 2000 from C.P.C (Govt.) Polytechnic, Mysore, Bachelors of engineering in Civil Engg, in 2005 and M.Sc., (Engg.) by Research in 2008 from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.
My research area interests include building structural retrofitting, restoration and rehabilitation design techniques/methods, Design of reinforced concrete and masonry structures, Built environment, Energy efficient buildings, and rural transition & well-being studies (building typologies).
I am well versed with some of the structural analysis and design tools, Finite element analysis and drafting packages, Image processing and analysis tools, Building energy simulation tools, and statistical analysis tools.
I worked as Site Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, Instructor, Lecturer, Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer (NDT Analyst) at national institute of engineering, Civil-aid techno-clinic Pvt. ltd and other organizations. He also externally guided master of computer aided structural design students from PESCE, Madhya.

I am affiliated member to The Institute of Engineers, Mysore chapter, World Society of Sustainable Energy Technologies, University of Nottingham, UK, Society of Building Science Educators, USA, and also student member at Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, and The Chartered Institution of Building, UK, American Society for Testing and Materials, and American Society of Civil Engineers, USA.
I have seven Intl. conference papers, four Intl. journal papers and one patent (under review).
