About

I am currently interested in understanding gene expression dynamics. For examples, which types of perturbations triggers massive transcriptional changes, while other events only trigger expression changes in a few key genes? What are the genes expression signatures that can be used as biomarkers for diseases? Which genes are subject to change for many types of purturbations, and which gene expressions are changed only for specific conditions? Would also be nice to know how protein expression level changes with mRNA levels for all these different cases as well.
