My research interests focus on organisational and institutional dynamics of professional fields. My PhD tackled the transformation of scientific laboratories under the influence of nanoscience and nanotechnology policies. I am pursuing the study of the transformation of the scientific activity such as the emergence of the role of principal investigator. I mobilise different streams of literature which are at the crossroad of institutional theory, boundary theory and sociology of science. Empirically, my research is based on qualitative methods and relies on document analysis and interviews.
