About

Nuo Xu was born in Tianjin, China. He received B.S. Degree from Department of Microelectronics, Peking University in 2008. His undergraduate research was focused on the Resistive RAM technology. Started from 2008 Fall, he joined Device Group, Department of EECS, University of California at Berkeley to pursue his Ph.D. Degree. His research topics are advanced simulation formalism of nano-scale devices, including both industrialized CMOS Transistors and academia issues. Nuo received 2010 IEEE EDS Master Student Fellowship Award, and currently serve as reviewer for Applied Physics Letters, Electron Device Letters and IEDM conference.
