An experienced bankruptcy attorney, Paul Caston has helped numerous clients take control of
their finances. He owns and operates a private law firm in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where he and
his colleagues work to assess clients' financial situations and the best way to apply federal
bankruptcy laws to their benefit. In his capacity as the firm's lead attorney, Paul Caston guides
clients in applying for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, as appropriate.
A graduate of Max Garner's Bankruptcy Boot Camp, Paul Caston attends regular continuing
education courses in pursuit of up-to-date knowledge of his field. He received a juris doctor from
Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, and is admitted to practice in any
Mississippi state trial court. Also admitted to the Mississippi Supreme Court, as well as all
federal and bankruptcy courts statewide, Attorney Caston can argue cases before the United
States Court of Appeals' Fifth Circuit as well. He maintains active membership in the National
