About

Paul is an expert in (subjective) health-outcomes measurement methodology, in particular ‘health-related quality of life’, and was co-editor of the journal Quality of Life Research. Apart from his methodological research related to health-state quantification, he has coordinated and advised on several medical studies and contributed to the development of the Dutch pharmacoeconomic guidelines to be used in decision-making on reimbursement.
