About

I am a PhD candidate on Molecular Biophysics at Universidade Federal do ABC (Brazil) interested in the research of dynamical and structural features that govern molecular interactions (specially in inactive-to-active transitions) and how information flow through macromolecular systems. I have research experience in molecular modeling, molecular dynamics, normal mode analysis, drug design and structural biology analysis. I am currently engaged in the study of molecular mechanisms of information transfer between nerve growth factor and TrkA receptors and their subsequent molecular transition from inactive to active conformation.
