About

My background is in plant science, but I have realized very early in my career that it is facilitation of collaboration, communication, and learning/education that brings me real personal and professional satisfaction. After 15 years in academia and international agricultural research institutions, I have come to fully understand the critical importance of communication from many different perspectives – when facilitating scientific meetings, writing strategic documents, or in front of course participants in different countries. Exploring and applying diverse, effective, and client-focused communications methods and collaborative tools have become my passion.
