Phil Monkress


      Having occupied a number of high-level positions over the course of his career, Phil Monkress possesses extensive experience in the realms of business development, strategic planning, and marketing. Currently, Phil Monkress presides as Chief Executive Officer and President of All Points Logistics. With approximately 125 employees and about $11 million in annual revenue, All Points Logistics supplies an array of support services to the federal government and its top contractors, operating primarily in areas of information technology, integrated logistics, professional staffing, and facilities and environmental services management. The company, headquartered in Merritt Island, Florida, is classified as both a small disadvantaged business and a verified service-disabled veteran-owned business, and maintains locations in Orlando, Florida; Atlanta; Huntsville, Alabama; and Washington, D.C. Phil Monkress has held leadership responsibilities at the company for over a decade. Possessing top secret clearance with the U.S. government, Mr. Monkress opened his career as a Data Systems Technician for the United States Navy in 1984, a position he occupied until 1992, the same year he earned a Bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University. Between 1992 and 1994, he served as Field Engineer with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Computer Systems International, operating from Sigonella, Italy. Phil Monkress subsequently transitioned to KPMG in Jacksonville, Florida, where he held responsibilities as a Consultant Team Leader and a Manager of Information Technologies. Over the next four years, he worked with the Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation, the Wackenhut Company, and Prudential. In addition to his ongoing responsibilities at All Points Logistics, Mr. Monkress engages in an array of recreational pursuits. He enjoys riding motorcycles whenever time permits. Phil Monkress also supports a number of philanthropic organizations, including the Wounded Warrior Project, Vets Rock, and the Warriors Pathfinder Program, a charitable initiative that facilitates mentorship and other assistance to veterans seeking to return to the civilian workforce.
