About

I am working at the Department of Comparative Anatomy and Anthropology, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. My general area of scientific interest is histology, histomorphomerty and biology of skeletal system and gastrointestinal tract in animal models. Currently I am focusing mainly on the effect of exogenous 2-oxoglutaric acid on cartilage and bone tissue in normal development and induced osteopenia. Other field is the impact of oral administration of β-Hydroxy β-methylbutyric acid (HMB) on variety internal organs in animal studies. My current project which I am involved in is 'Development and assessment of the sustainable basis for economic, productive and biosafe livestock nutrition system utilizing the Poland's natural resources, and particularly the modern rye varieties.'
