About

I graduated with a Ph.D. in Information from the University of Michigan School of Information in April 2013. My research interests include digital government (DG) development, ICT in organizational settings, ICT and organizational transformation; Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), and ICT for Development (ICT4D). My current research projects involve examining the relationships between digital government development and deployment and change in organizational structures and decision-making powers in the organizational contexts; employing the concepts of boundary objects, agents, and organizations in digital government development and public organization contexts; and studying government infrastructure and development and standardization efforts in the public sector, with particular focus on Thailand.
