About

Rajeev Ranjan was born in India. He received the master’s degree in engineering physics from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, Warangal, India, in 2011. He joined Siemens Corporate Research and Technologies, Bangalore, India, as an Intern. Then, he joined the Laboratory of ElectroOptics System, Indian Space Research Organization, where he was engaged in research on the applied optics area. He joined the Department of Engineering, University of Naples Parthenope, Naples, Italy, in 2014, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree. His current research interests include optical sensors based on optical fiber and fabrication of novel fiber gratings.
