    A veteran in the field of visual storytelling, Randy Thieben has worked for multiple companies during his professional life, including Migrant Media and WBFF in Baltimore. Over the course of this dynamic career, he has developed skills with several media software programs, such as Adobe Premier Pro, Macromedia Suite, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. In 2000, Randy Thieben founded his own company, Central Coast Uplink, which operates the only full-service digital and analog mobile uplink and downlink van in the area of Monterey, California. Under his leadership, Central Coast Uplink has received significant recognition for its work in the newscasting field, including an Emmy for Best "LIVE" On-Location Newscast. Mr. Thieben works with major corporations and news networks to ensure that all topics are covered professionally and in a timely fashion, and has directed the coverage of such diverse topics as elections, earthquakes, sporting events, and jury trials. Outside of work, Randy Thieben takes pleasure in disc golf, biking in the woods, and attending technical seminars. He also volunteers his time with the Frostig Center, an organization which helps those with learning disabilities to learn new skills and performs research regarding these conditions.
