Dr. Rick Holigrocki is the Dean of the Graduate School of Psychology at California Lutheran University. He is the former Dean of the School of Psychological Sciences, University of Indianapolis and was the program’s Director of Clinical Training for eight years. He received his doctorate from the University of Windsor, Canada and completed a two year postdoctoral fellowship at The Menninger Clinic prior to working as a Menninger staff psychologist. He has given numerous presentations on measurement issues related to competencies, program goals and objectives, as well as outcome assessment.
