I am a Reader and Director of the Nurses' Lives Research Programme in the School of Health & Social Care at Edinburgh Napier University. The Nurses' Lives Research Programme does research to better understand nurses' health and careers. Our mission is to deliver better evidence about nurses to drive better education and support for nurses. I have methodological expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a specific interest in mixed-methods research designs.
