    A psychiatric professional with a broad background of formal training and expertise, Dr. Richard Pines holds a doctor of osteopathy from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Des Moines University. Furthermore, he earned a master of arts in developmental psychology as well as a bachelor of science in biology and psychology at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. Most recently, Dr. Richard Pines utilized his formal training as a consulting psychiatrist with a number of mental health organizations based in Idaho, including Access Behavioral Health.
