Rod Sacharnoski serves as the President and Head Founder of Juko-Kai International, one of the oldest martial arts organizations in the United States. Established more than 50 years ago, Juko-Kai instructs students in a variety of combat martial arts forms and techniques. In his role as President, Rod Sacharnoski directs all administrative activities at Juko-Kai and ensures that training criteria are met.
Mr. Sacharnoski’s martial arts talents have been featured on more than 25 major television shows and has been recognized with awards from all over the world. He is one of only a few non-Asian martial arts masters to have been honored by the Asian martial arts community with a traditional Soke sponsorship. Additionally, he holds the rank of 9th Dan Grandmaster in Okinawan Shorin-ryu Karate, Kobudo, and Toide.
Rod Sacharnoski graduated from Columbia Pacific University with a Doctor of Philosophy in Law Enforcement. Previously, he served in the U.S. Marines, the U.S. Army, and the New Jersey Army National Guard.
