Mendelian randomization Systematic review and meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy Statistical methods for meta-analysis and meta-regression

About

I am a medical statistician in the School of Social and Community Medicine at the University of Bristol. I am currently focussing on developing and applying statistical methods in two particular areas: * Instrumental variable methods for Mendelian randomization * Meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy studies I have previously worked on meta-regression and methods for detecting bias in meta-analysis and maintain an interest in these areas. I have written or co-written several add-on modules for the statistical software package Stata.
