Graduation at Food Engineering from Federal University of Tocantins (2013) and master's at Food Engineering from Federal University of Santa Catarina (2016). Currently is of PhD student in the Graduate Program in Food Engineering of the Federal University of Paraná. Has experience in Science and Technology of the Food, focusing on Food Engineering, acting on the following subjects: nanotechnology, biodegradables films, drying of foods, cookie, babassu, pineapple, banana and agroindustrial waste.
