the anthropic interactions and the biomarker role some species may have.the environment qualityand in the links between this biodiversityI am particularly interested in benthic marine biodiversity
I am currently a PhD student in integrated marine biology for the French Scientific Research Center (CNRS). I am working at the Mediteraneen Institute of Biodiversity and Marine and Continental Ecology (IMBE, UMR 6372), in the transversal team that study Knowledge Transfer for Biodiversity Management.
I have a 10 year experience and competences both in terrestrial/ marine ecological engineering and in programmation, databases management and network animation.
I am interested in marine benthic settlement in particular.
I am doing a PhD program at the IMBE, and working on setting a Coralligen Habitat Observer network. This work enable me to improve my knowledge in taxonomy, and to put to the inn and taste my experience in the field of innovative information system conception.
This system aims at having a better estimation of this kind of habitat. It consists in developping new ecological evaluation methods. The creation and animation of a network of experts and the judicious utilisation of freely accessible new technologies in freeware domains.
I am particularly interested in benthic marine biodiversity, and in the links between this biodiversity, the environment quality, the anthropic interactions and the biomarker role some species may have.
My complementary assets
I have professional diving qualifications (Classe 2 B and Chief of Scientific Diver for the CNRS ; NITROX certifications ; CRR) and different boat licenses.
I can take advantage of the professional competences I have acquired before: a good expertise of numerous informatics languages and a strong experience in project management.
