Sadegh Biabanifard was born in Tehran, Iran in 1989. He received the B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from Imam Reza International University, Mashhad, Iran in 2011 and M.Sc. degree in Analog Electronics from Iran National University (Shahid Beheshti University), G.C., Tehran, Iran, in 2014. His research interests are RFIC design, analog and mixed mode integrated circuit design for Ultra-Low-Power Ultra-Low Voltage applications, OTA, current conveyor and data converter. In 2014, he founded the Iran Analog Research Group as private scientific group on Integrated Circuit Research, Evolutionary Algorithms and Nano Devices. He is currently working as research director in this group.
