Saleem holds a PhD in Management from the University of Southampton (UK), his thesis supervisor was Prof. Terry Williams and his thesis was examined by Prof. Harvey Maylor (Oxford Univ.) and Prof. Stephen Ward (Southampton Univ.). During his PhD, he researched the role of conflict & negotiation in the complexity of projects. His research interests continue to include all the terms appearing in his thesis title and modeling of complex systems. He spend his free time with family, running errands, reading fiction, or day dreaming.
