Researcher of technology and communication (Dr. Soc.Sc), whose research interests are widely connected to communication, technology, organizations, organizing and digital methods. In my work I strive to understand the role digital communication plays in the society as well as in the transformations of economic, social, and cultural life. I have a strong interest to methods and methodological development, in particular using computation methods and big data sets in social research. I defended my PhD in June 2017, with the title Corporate Reputation in the Hybrid Media System. Currently I am working as a postdoctoral researcher in Consumer Studies, investigating the performativity of data and algorithms in organizations. Previously, I have worked in multidisciplinary research projects focusing on social media analytics, racism in the hybrid media system, digital reputation and its connections with emotional reactions, media company reputation, and political agenda-building in the digital sphere. I am strongly inclined to interdisciplinary work and creating new courageous research plans and collaborations, as well as developing the research community. In all my work I combine the urge for theoretical development of organizational communication with a more practical orientation of understanding online communications and environments from both organizational and societal viewpoints.
