About

I am currently working towards a PhD in Health Psychology. My research is contextualized within the growing public health threat from antimicrobial resistance (AMR). I aim to explore UK veterinarians’ and farmers’ beliefs about the risks posed to both human and animal health by AMR. I expect this research to lead to the development, delivery, and evaluation of an intervention to encourage ‘prudent prescribing’ amongst farm animal veterinarians.
