Dr. Jang is Professor at Purdue University. His research interests have been in hospitality finance/strategic management, Hospitality & Tourism marketing, and restaurant service management. He has published 170 papers in refereed journals and was a recipient of Bradford Wiley Memorial Best Research Paper of the Year Award (2009) and of the Michael D. Olsen Research Achievement Award 2015. Dr. Jang was recognized as the top-ranked author in HTM academia (Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research (2011), 35(3)).
