About

Stephan Schlögl is Assistant Professor at MCI Management Center Innsbruck. He holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from University College London and a PhD in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin. Stephan’s research explores different design tools and techniques for prototyping natural language based interaction scenarios. As part of this he is particularly focusing on the Wizard of Oz method and how it can be improved for designers and researchers. Stephan is furthermore interested in general aspects of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), as well as in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), and Information and Knowledge Management. His teaching activities involve classes in Software Engineering, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction.
