I am preparing a doctoral research adressing the question of value co-creation.
I am working on two main aspects of that topic:
1/ How can we discribe the motivations, the reasons why a customer is keen on participating in a mass cutomization program?
2/ What are the attributes of a toolkit which enables innovation and creativity?
