About

I am an academic in consumer behaviour who enjoys working with industry and educating the next generation of managers. Highlights of my career are the 2012 ANZMAC Distinguished Educator of the year award and working on mobile phone switching research with industry whilst at Macquarie University. I am currently the co-editor of the Journal of Consumer Behaviour.
