Svetlana Inkina is a post-doc research fellow at the Center for Institutional Studies, Laboratory for Applied Analysis of Institutions and Social Capital, HSE. She graduated from the University of Toronto, Political Science Department, in 2015, where she specialized in comparative politics and public policy. Svetlana’s current research is focused on the dynamics of state-building efforts in Russia, including such implications of these efforts as the success or failure of public good policies.
