Thomas Ezrin serves as the senior vice president of the Global Human Resources organization at Flextronics International, an organization with 200,000 employees in over 30 countries. In this capacity, he has led several productivity enhancement and operational efficiency initiatives that will reduce HR costs by more than a third. Thomas Ezrin spearheaded a project to bring American wellness policies to overseas offices, with the aim of reducing healthcare costs and driving up productivity levels. In addition, he headed an outreach effort with institutional shareholders that involved a vote on executive compensation. Moreover, understanding the importance of employee engagement and recognition, he created inventive strategies directed at the Asian workforce.
Before assuming his current role, Thomas Ezrin was vice president and then senior vice president of Global Total Rewards. He has also worked as vice president of human resources at KLA-Tencor and as vice president of compensation and benefits at VISA International.
Mr. Ezrin is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed executive training programs at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
