Conservation Engineer Duties and Responsibilities - Management of the day-to-day operational aspects of Erie Thames' Conservation Demand Management (CDM) planning, including leading the planning, coordinating, evaluating and delivering of CDM programs. - Oversee engineering matters and develop process and technical standards related to CDM programs - Support timely and quality CDM reporting to the company's senior management, board of directors, the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) and the OEB, including responsibility for gathering and tracking information required to measure CDM program success and support cost recovery. - Develop relationships with business and residential customers, contractors, municipal shareholders, and other stakeholders to ensure CDM program objectives are met.
