About

Todd's research focuses on the transformation of higher education and social development in post-Soviet nations. His publications explore: digital competences; democratized, fully online community learning; and readiness for post-industrial digital learning. Living in Kyiv and Toronto, he is co-author of the Post-Industrial Digital Learning Transformation model, and co-founder of Vistas Canada EDU. He is a member of several international research partnerships with Eastern European universities.
