    Uchenna is a university lecturer and an international development professional with over 14 years experiences in social development work and has worked atleast once in each Nigerian state as an Independent Consultant, providing services in Environmental Management, Community and Health Systems Strengthening, Health Management Information System, Development/Analysis of Policies, Monitoring & Evaluation, Baseline Studies, Impact Assessment and Partnership Assessments. Also, he has provided development consultancy services in India, Nepal, United States of America, Rwanda, Cameroon, United Kingdom and Namibia. Presently studying (at Doctoral degree level) and teaching courses in Environmental Management & Toxicology; and recently, the Team Lead/Project Co-ordinator of a state-wide Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy Services for the 2010/2011/2012 Debt Relief Gains (DRG) Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) funded Projects and Programmes in Niger State, Nigeria.
