Urs Gröhbiel is researcher and lecturer for eLearning at the School of Busi-ness, University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He is the executive director of edunovum consulting and the Swiss Network for educational innvoation. In research his focus is on innovation management in education and eLearning management issues such as corporate innovation management, strategy development, project management, controlling and quality devel-opment. Urs Gröhbiel has been supporting and supervising funding schemes for innovation and projects for different institutions of Higher Education since 1999. He is consulting government agencies, enterprises and nonprofit organiza-tions such as the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, the Federal Office for Professional Education and Technology, UBS and development organizations.
