About

Born in the farmers family and graduated in Agriculture sciences from Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. The post graduation was done from CCS University Meerut in Genetics and Plant breeding. Heaving done Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant breeding with specilization in Molecular marker and wheat improvement from BHU Varanasi, worked as post doc in IPK Gatersleben Germany for 3.5 years. Later on moved to TERI, New Delhi and worked for 3 years on wheat improvement. Currenty, working in CIMMYT, Mexico as Associate Scientist since January 2013.
