About

Vicente Julian holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Valencia. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from this same University in 2002. Since 1996 he is part of the academic staff of the Department of Information Systems and Computation (Technical University of Valencia). He has published more than 100 articles in journals, books, conferences and workshops related mainly to topics of multi-agent systems. Along this period, he has lectured several courses on database systems, artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems. He has worked on several projects in DAI/MAS and real-time systems founded by the Spanish and Local Governments, being principal researcher in some of these projects. Currently, his research interests are mainly multi-agent Systems, more specifically architectures and tools. He has been a program committee member and/or reviewer of relevant conferences and workshops including AAMAS, EUMAS, AOSE, MICAI, CAEPIA, …
