Vik Kashyap, founder of two successful businesses in the health care technology sector, presently serves as chief executive officer with LiveCare, Inc. The company manages a distributed network of doctors that patients can consult with through an innovative cloud-based infrastructure that lowers costs and increases access. In preparation for his career, Vik Kashyap attended Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in economics. As a student, he led the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations as president. The university honored him with the Harvard Foundation for Intercultural and Race Relations Award.
After completing his education, Vikram Kashyap gained hands-on experience while working as an associate with Battery Ventures, LP, a venture capital firm. While there, he led investment projects in the technology sector. Vikram Kashyap then became vice president with the Emeta Corporation, where he worked largely in a business development capacity. In recognition of his accomplishments, Ernst & Young named him a finalist for its Northern California Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
