About

Waqas Nawaz is Post Doctoral Fellow at Innopolis University, Russia where he is pursuing his research in the area of Data Mining and Graph Mining. He has received his Ph.D. degree from Kyung Hee University, South Korea in July, 2015. He completed his B.S. and M.S. from University Institute of Information Technology and National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Pakistan, in 2008 and 2010, respectively. Since, August 2015, he has been working with Jooyoung Lee and Qiang Qu at Dainfos Lab to assist them in Data Modeling and Databases (DMD) and Data Science Project (DSP) courses. He is also pursuing his research work in the area of graph mining especially shortest path computation in large graphs.
